If anyone says they don’t have any bias, I respectfully challenge that. We all have judgements and bias popping up all the time but it’s what we do with it when they pop up that matters the most. Let’s have a real conversation about our biases and how we address them when they show up. I’ll bring my own examples, and I’d love you to bring yours, if you’re ok with that.
